1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates (if any) must be intact.

  • The product should not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Bridal sets or special pre-booked collections

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for exchanges unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Exchange requests will be processed after quality inspection.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video (mandatory).

  • Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
